Our neighbors just installed the Pure Water system and it took care of their hardwater problems. They were also very pleased with the timely installation and service.We called Rich and had him come out to test our water which was also very high in calcium. We used the Home Depot 24 months interest free financing and the technician, Jose, was at our home just a couple of days later to install the new system. He did a great job; the installation looks very good.

Review edited from 2020 to currently 11/2023.Joe, one of their sellers. Didn't hear me tell him to call me back, instead goes off on me. Poor customer service.And I was willing to buy their $8000 product for the water filter tank and charcoal tank, not anymore.Edited review three years later.Bryce was able to work with me on getting their best system. I was glad to hear Joe was no longer with them after other customers complained. Bryce and Chris worked a deal with my family so we can finally get a system. We ended up getting their best product $8600+, which is now one tank instead of two. So far we have been satisfied with the water quality. Installation was less than 3 hours, every tubing looks cleanly placed during installation. Size is moderately larger than my neighbors older Orange/Black model.Waiting on a recheck from Chris on the water quality.

Chris and Nick treated us great! Adjusting to Fernley's hard water was a challenge for my family (poor dog and his itchy skin included). Chris came out to test our water, explained things very well for us, and had us scheduled for a water filtration system to be installed within a week and a half. Nick did a great job with the installation. They even came back a few weeks later to re-test to make sure everything was working as it should. I would definitely recommend Pure Water Systems of NV for anyone looking to get a water filtration system!

Install was slick! Technicians were quick and knowledgeable and worked great with our availability which was important for us! Water is noticably softer.
Bought a brand new house and it is amazing what isn’t included with that purchase. Before the movers even got here with our furniture, we reached out to Pure to get the water tested. It just made sense to protect our largest investment from hard water. The first couple showers before the system was installed left our skin and hair dry. There was a noticeable difference after our water softener was installed. Plus, now we are saving on bottled water by using the R/O system. Chris was great to work, very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the best first purchases for our new home.

Our sales rep Chris L. Was very informative when testing our water. Didn't pressure us into buying it. Jose the tech did any excellent job installing. Informed us of everything he was doing. No regrets and would recommend.R. SantiagoUPDATE ON MY REVIEW.Thought this company would be different. When they installed our system the tech said he forgot to load bags of salt that morning. He called another tech who had two bags and would bring them, He also said Chris would be back to check on us and would have more salt, I trusted them. We received an email asking for us to leave a review on Google and yelp and we would be given some bags of salt. And if we included the names of the tech and sales rep they would receive a bonus. I received a call, voice mail, from the office that our sales rep would be calling to setup an appointment to see have everything went, check the system and test the water again. We never got a call or any bags of salt. For what we paid for our system, over $4000, I expected to have a full tank. It's like when you buy a car or house and they receive the money they ghost you. We are happy with the system but disappointed with the service.
So relieved to have clean pure water! A Pure Water system took care of arsenic and stinky sulphur smell. Ray C and Shane are the best!
We had a system in our previous house and getting a unit in our new home was a big priority. We had noticed a huge difference in the water quality and mineral deposit control. We met with Ray and he was very knowledgeable about water purification and easily answered all our questions. Customer service was excellent and we would highly recommend this company!
We just moved to Minden and figured out that we have hard water. We’ve never had a water softener, so Rich thoroughly explained how one works and what to expect afterwards. Jose installed the water softener and again answered operational question after setting it up. Both Rich and Jose were very helpful and professional.

Ryan came out and serviced our system and ran several water tests including an arsenic test.Called ahead of time to coordinate arrival.Very knowledgeable about our system as well as the wells in our area.
Ryan (& Ray) arrived timely to inspect the whole house Pure Water system installed in fall 2021.Ryan was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable.I signed up for the convenient and affordable monthly plan so next year’s system checkup will be paid for.
Although their product is mediocre in softening water their business practice rates less than one star. I had a system installed 2 years ago and realized that it was not a good idea from a monetary standpoint to use softened water to water my plants via the outside hose bibs. After being charged $650 to isolate the 2 hose bibs from the softener I noticed a noise in my pipes. I called and they promised to send a tech out to inspect the work. I wanted to be sure I didn't have some kind of leak from the work that was done. The tech never arrived at the assigned time. I finally called 1/2 hour after the scheduled appointment window (10am-2pm). They didn't see that I was scheduled. I explained that I was concerned that there might be a leak and I stressed the need for someone to come by in lieu of the fact that I took time off of work to make sure we could ascertain the problem. The techs arrived and I was able to replicate the noise by turning on my faucet. I asked them to go into the crawl space to make sure there wasn't a leak. They did so and found no leak. My main concern was shown to not be the issue. We then discussed issues like air in the line or pressure gradient noise. Nothing conclusive. The tech set up a manometer to check pressure at the bib and found it to be 72psi. He said thts about 10psi higher than it should be. He concluded that the noise must be a result of this "abnormal" pressure. He was quick to give me an estimate of $650 to add a pressure reducer valve. I deferred and shortly thereafter he asked for payment of $135 for a "service call" Ludicrous !! this noise issue is the result of isolating the outside bibs. I never had this noise issue prior to the work being done 2 months ago yet they had the audacity to charge $135 for what amounted to 15min. of theorizing what the noise might be caused by. I spoke to "management" and out of the goodness of her heart she took $50 off the service call and gave me 2 bags of salt. So it only cost me $85 to have someone come by to check their own work which took 10-15mins. I will find someone else to service this system next year. I will not do business with a company that will nickle and dime the consumer. I am sorry that I actually referred my son and a friend to this company after the initial install.
We just had Pure Water Systems install our soft water conditioner. Something we should have done years ago. Ray from Pure Water did an excellent Presentation about the many benefits of having soft water in the Home. I quit drinking and cooking with the tap water in my Reno home for the last 30 years. Ray explained how the soft water is healthier for skin and hair so I'm looking forward to seeing if this could help with some mild skin issues I'm having once the system has been in our home awhile. My 1st shower with the conditioner in my home was an enjoyable experience. The water felt so gentle and clean. My hair was smoother & shinier and I didn't use hair conditioner. I'm sure my laundry will show better results. Thru out the whole installation our salesman Ray was available to us nearly round the clock and we work nights. When Jose showed up to begin installation he kept the noise level as quiet as possible. He was polite and respectful. I never had any issues with Pure Water they showed up when they said they would and I thought the cost would be higher than it was. I still have to give it more time but so far we are very satisfied.
Pure Water Systems of Nevada offers a good product. Prompt, courteous and good people to do business with. Rich and Jose were very helpful in explaining how the Pure Water system worked.

Ray and the team have been outstanding from the first visit! Always professional and direct. Showed up on time. Gave me tons of information without "selling" me.Installation was easy and clean. We moved to Dayton, NV about two years ago. We weren’t happy with the overall water quality, and did some research on filtration systems. We found Pure Water Systems. We had them install a water filtration system in our home and absolutely love it! We’ve become water snobs and can tell the difference when we drink water other than at home. You can taste the difference. I would highly recommend Pure Water Systems! They’re a great company, they have a great service team, and a super friendly staff! So happy we found them!
We had a great experience installing a whole home water filter system. It was easy to work with Ray and his whole team. It was really nice that everything was installed cleanly, and I wasn't left to fix or pick up after them. I'm noticing a difference with our clean water. My skin feels and looks less dry and I am not getting the hard water build up on my sinks, toilets, and faucets. Our water was terrible in leaving a hard water build up of some kind. I honestly did this system for that reason alone! Our water was rated a 7 for hardness! I like drinking our water knowing I am no longer drinking chlorine and all the other contaminants that were in our water. Thank you! I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone. They were great to work with, responsive, and they know what they are doing. My home is a tricky home to set this all up in and they worked all day to run necessary pipes and did so without a complaint! I wish I had done this years ago! Don't delay if you are thinking about it. You won' regret it!
Nice looking product. Professional clean looking install. Noticed a big difference in the water within a week of getting the softener installed. The RO system is now providing much cleaner water for cooking and drinking.
Chris Lombardo our sales tech was great. Super accommodating and made sure to answer any questions promptly whenever they came up. Chris was easy to communicate with which was appreciated. Will did a great job with the installation. He was quick and it looks great. Instant change to the water quality throughout our home.
Best water and service. We had a Pure water system placed 6 months ago to take care of all the calcium deposits in our fixtures. Now there hasn't be a single spot of calcium build up anywhere. The installation was clean and quick. The technician was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. We are very happy with our nice clean tasty water.
We had a fabulous experience working with Andrew G at Pure Water in Sparks, NV. He was VERY customer service oriented and explained the system we bought clearly and answered all our questions. Dillon the installer was meticulous and did a clean install. He also explained how the system worked. Andrew came out to the house after the install to make sure we were happy and answered questions. The water tastes great! We definitely recommend calling Andrew if you have any interest in improving on your water.
BEFORE PURE: Our glasses were covered with spots and foggy. Our hair sounded like wheat and skin like dried leather hide. Our ice machine created floating particles. It made our mouths dry when we brushed our teeth.AFTER PURE: Glasses are beautiful and clear after every dishwasher use. Our hair is so fluffy and our skin feels like human skin again. We drink so much water now and clearly feel the difference in our laundry too! Nico came to our home for our assessment and quote. He was timely and extremely professional. His knowledge of the water source we are on was phenomenal and we really appreciate the time he spent educating us and reviewing our options. Not only did Nico take great care of us but then he made sure the best installer, Chris Schuth came to our home for our install. Chris showed up on time with all of the parts and tools he needed. This water system is worth every penny! I’ve been showering at the gym for months because our water was so hard and hurt my hair (blonde is difficult and expensive). Been wanting the system for so long and I am SO happy we took the leap. They make it so easy and offer financing which helped the decision as well. I am so happy to say that my hair is softer and nicer than ever and not being stripped any longer! The water pressure has improved immensely, I finally have real bubbles in my bubble bath (never foamed up before!), husband is stoked I don’t go to the gym to shower anymore, the reverse osmosis is amazing as well! I have nothing but great things to say about Luke and his team! Thank you so much for making this easy and rescuing my hair and skin! Not to mention we finally have clear and clean dishes, clean sink and shower!

I had Pure Water Systems of Nevada install a water system and could not be happier!From the initial encounter with Nico…. helping me determine what would be the best for my home ….to installation with Adam who was efficient and fast. I had a softener installed in the garage; drinking water system under my sink; and water to the ice maker. The units fit perfect and they are compact too.I could tell the difference in my sinks, toilets, and showers to my now soft hair. My laundry also is coming out cleaner!On even more of a plus side, Nico reached out after the installation to follow up and helped me move the unit for some garage work. I could’ve not done this on my own. He worked around his schedule to make that happen and I could not appreciate it more.I appreciate this type of dedication and my hat is off to a job well done!!Thank you!
I actually can’t fuss over the whole experience enough… Chris was the gentleman who came to our home in Dayton ( on time) went over the whole process with us… he didn’t need to do a sales pitch… our water is so terrible… however he so patiently went over the entire process… Next came Jesse (on time) the gentleman to do the install… what a beautiful job he did … from letting us know what he was doing… to cutting into the marble sink countertop for the water system… just a perfect job … about 5 hours I really don’t believe he even took a break … next thing we are setting up another visit from Chris to come by and test the system to make sure all was right … Pure water system is definitely a perfect change and a much better quality of life for us … Just a great job and company…
